2. Eliminate or reduce ALL PROCESSED SUGAR and other processed sweeteners such as corn syrup from your diet, to ease the strain on the pancreas and liver. Use substitute sweeteners sparingly such as whole, raw honey, blackstrap molasses, maple syrup and rice bran syrup.
3. Increase your consumption of fruits and- vegetables, especially green, leafy, vegetables, as a source of enzymes and roughage. The more often these can be eaten raw the better, as in salads and fresh juices. However, lightly steamed vegetables are also excellent. Stewed, baked and dried fruits can also be used.

5. Eliminate all caffeine containing foods and beverages such as coffee, sodas, black teas, chocolate, etc., thus reducing adrenal and autonomic stress.
6. Consume sufficient liquids in the form of pure water, fresh juices, herbal teas, healthy broths and tonics, assisting in normal body cleansing processes and hydration.
7. Eliminate table salt from your diet. Substitute with broth powder, Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, Bronner’s Balanced Mineral Bouillon, and herbs, to provide bio-available sodium and minerals.
8. Substitute brown rice, millet, quinoa, yellow cornmeal, barley or rye for wheat, to reduce mucus formation and tendency to Gluten intolerance. It is very important to greatly reduce wheat (especially white flour in all it’s shapes and sizes.)
9. Increase nutrient dense foods in your diet such as berries, nuts, seeds, and specialty foods as named on the opposite side. This will simultaneously leave less room in your diet for empty calories and Anti-nutrients.
